Literature Text

Whisper as you kiss me;
Drown me in your nicotine.
I beg for your long-lasting,
Cigarette kisses, my heroine.

Save me, you damned devil,
Casting me beneath slivers
Of the smoke haze of love;
Pure addiction in red lips.

Bestow this love and end;
Beautiful as though the breath
That's our now interlocked-last
Beneath the slices of nicotine.
Alternative:
Your lips are addictive,
Like the smoke I drown in;
And each sly kiss of yours
Leaves me poundingly breathless,
As does the cigarette slipping
From my nicotine-divined lips.

I taste you on my lips and I can't get rid of you
So I say damn your kiss and the awful things you do
Yeah, you're worse than nicotine, nicotine
