And I had an episode today… I knew it was only time before I snapped, I could feel it. It’s like rage covered by a thin sheet, but once that sheet is seen through it’s torn apart…
On the bright side, that episode became more tears than anger. Another point for controlling my anger - I’ve kept it back for a long time AND I didn’t let it win. (And I didn't hurt myself in the process, either - double bonus! )
